Brandstichting in leegstaande koffiehuis Scheveningseweg
Scheveningen – Hulpdiensten zijn Maandagmiddag omstreeks drie uur gealarmeerd voor een gebouwbrand aan de Scheveningseweg ter plaatsen bleek een Leegstaande koffiehuis in brand te staan.
volgens de melder was er een raampje ingegooid en iets brandbaars naar binnen gegooid, het zou een een groepje jongens gaan en zij zijn dan ook direct op de vlucht geslagen.
de brandweer was snel ter plaatsen en hebben door middel van een steen het raam van de deur geforceerd dit raam bleek wel tegen een stootje te kunnen en ging dan ook moeilijk kapot toen eenmaal het raam kapot was is de brandweer begonnen met bluswerkzaamheden.
volgens de brandweer heeft er binnen wat staan smeulen dit veroorzaakte flinke rookontwikkeling de brand was snel geblust en zodoende is erger voorkomen.
